IMS provides Laser Printing and Mailing services. We also provide Document Hosting and Archive, Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment and Document Imaging services.

High volume printing, folding and inserting equipment is used to efficiently process your mail. We use the USPS approved CASS & PAVE software and Intelligent Mail Bar Code automation providing you the lowest postage rates offered by the USPS. Our quality control program includes complete Mail Verification Services.
We operate an in-house Offset Print Shop which allows us to quickly and efficiently produce preprinted forms and envelopes used in the printing and mailing of statements, invoices and bills. Newsletters and marketing pieces are also produced providing one-stop printing and mailing services.

Electronic Bill Payment & Presentment IMS offers Electronic Bill and Statement Presentment services also commonly referred to as Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment (EBPP).
