The Enterprise WorkFLOW SQL software is a Windows based program that gives the user an electronic means of processing business information and data. The OptiFLOW Process routes (flows) various types of documents through required and specific actions as defined by a customer's needs. OptiFLOW electronically simulates the way you currently process your business documents, and provides capabilities for simple document routing to highly detailed processing. Each type of document is assigned one or more rules which consist of what action must take place, in what order, and which user, or group of users, is responsible for performing that action. When a document enters the system and is identified as a workflow document, it automatically appears in the worklist of the user/group of users assigned to the first task/action. When the first task/action is marked completed the document is automatically routed to the next user /group of users for processing, and so on until all defined workflow tasks/actions are completed. Enterprise Software seamlessly integrates COLD/ERM, scanned images, faxes, e-mails and other related documents. Other software modules may be required to effect integration of these documents. The Enterprise core software would typically be installed on an Windows NT server or Windows NT Client, however, being a Windows program provides flexibility for the core software to be installed on any Windows 95 or 98 station on the network if Windows NT is not being used.
