The Enterprise Series The Enterprise Series of software solutions is the ultimate in Client Server technology. It is an ideal choice for organizations that have relational SQL database systems in-house to leverage for a COLD/ERM, IMAGING, or WORKFLOW system implementation, or a seamlessly integrated, complete solution. The family of software solutions can be implemented as individual systems, or the entire family seamlessly integrates for the total archival solution. Excellent SQL database support is a defining characteristic of the Enterprise Series. The Enterprise Series supports many SQL databases including Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server, Informix, Ingress, Gupta, ODBC. The Enterprise Series’ robust open architecture and true SQL/Client Server design, coupled with the highly intuitive GUI interface, makes it an excellent choice for large volume, heavy user, cross departmental, and enterprise wide applications. Enterprise WorkFLOW The Enterprise WorkFLOW SQL software is a Windows based program that gives the user an electronic means of processing business information and data. The OptiFLOW Process routes (flows) various types of documents through required and specific actions as defined by a customer's needs. OptiFLOW electronically simulates the way you currently process your business documents, and provides capabilities for simple document routing to highly detailed processing. Each type of document is assigned one or more rules which consist of what action must take place, in what order, and which user, or group of users, is responsible for performing that action. When a document enters the system and is identified as a workflow document, it automatically appears in the worklist of the user/group of users assigned to the first task/action. When the first task/action is marked completed the document is automatically routed to the next user /group of users for processing, and so on until all defined workflow tasks/actions are completed. Enterprise Software, described above, seamlessly integrates COLD/ERM, scanned images, faxes, e-mails and other related documents. Other software modules may be required to effect integration of these documents. The Enterprise core software would typically be installed on a Windows NT server or Windows NT Client, however, being a Windows program provides flexibility for the core software to be installed on any Windows 95 or 98 station on the network if Windows NT is not being used.

IntraVIEWER IntraVIEWER is a low cost, efficient way of accessing and workflowing current and historical information from locations around the globe via a web browser. Users can retrieve and workflow any object that is stored within a Total Solution system. This includes access and workflow of scanned images, COLD-ERM reports, EBPP invoices and files, e-forms, e-documents, PC files, spreadsheets, color photos, word processor, CAD, multimedia, voice files. With IntraVIEWER your customers, suppliers, and off-site associates can retrieve important information for themselves, using a standard web browser, such as Netscape or Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.
