Data Archival & Reprint
After your job is printed, we can provide you a file that includes a PDF image of everything we printed for you. Using a free viewer, you can then view and reprint what was printed, right down to the bar code. We call this “in-house reprint capability” since you could put a reproduced item in an envelope and mail it to the recipient.

We can also archive your data in a Computer Output to Laser Disc (also called COLD or ERM) format. This format also gives you reprint capability. COLD data can be accumulated by IMS on a CD-ROM. Customers receive a CD-ROM every month with the printed items. Or as an ASP, we can host your data on our secure server. The image retrieval software has powerful search capabilities making it both good for archival purposes and a source of information for research. Since the data is highly compressed, we can get up to 400,000 images on a CD. You select the search indexes. Search indexes are typically items like, Account Number, Data, Name or Amount. Whatever your archive or reprint needs may be, IMS has an archival solution for you.
